Our story
Why we do things differently
The practice was founded on a simple observation: the proactive, year-round tax advice that large businesses take for granted rarely reaches the people who need it most. Too many individuals, investors and small business owners were getting one rushed appointment a year — a return lodged, a handshake, and silence until the following July. We set out to close that gap.
That starts with how we charge. Our fees are fixed and agreed before any work begins, so a quick phone call or email never turns into a surprise invoice. It continues with how we communicate: clear recommendations in plain English, so you always understand your position and the reasons behind our advice.
We are a technology-forward practice — secure digital document handling, electronic signatures and video appointments make working with us easy wherever you are. Only a registered tax agent can charge a fee to prepare and lodge your return. Registration with the Tax Practitioners Board comes with legislated obligations — and we welcome every one of them.
